"Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. "

"This was a great VRBO! We’ve always stayed right near the main beach so I wasn’t sure how we’d like the location, but it was great. The view from the living room and patio was beautiful and so convenient with kids being able to go back and forth from the beach as they please. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beaches and all of the dining venues. The lady at the front desk, Marie, was very helpful and positive. Hotel and rooms very clean and staff vey friendly. The Southwest architectural design of the building was very different from the normal hotel appearances- very welcoming and charming. If back in the area in the future we will gladly stay here again."

"I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep....

"This property suited our needs perfectly! We were in town for a wedding at the Montage resort so we were well situated in the location. Steps to the beach, the support of the restaurant staff and the accommodations were just right for our group of six. We had a wonderful time and with very little stress over the arrangements. The only issue I can point to is at the very beginning, when trying to access the property after a long flight and commute from the airport. The larger vehicle we arrived...

"My husband & I enjoyed some time with our adult daughters and this place was perfect for us.Even better than advertised! We all loved the amazing views and sound of the crashing waves. It was the perfect location with the grocery store across the street and being within walking distance to a lot of cute shops and restaurants.We would definitely book this place again. "Hotel com boa localização e excelente custo benefício. O atendimento foi bom. O café da manhã é bem simples (até demais) e eu não tinha me atentado de que no site a informação era “estacionamento disponível” e nao “estacionamento grátis”, o custo por dia é de 35USD. O ponto negativo é não ter escadas, tivemos que subir com as malas e no checkout estava chovendo, então descemos com as malas na chuva. "
