"What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga! The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. There is 1 parking space available on site and other parking is available close by."

Property manager was very responsive and checked in to see how things were going. We loved staying here and would be sure to come back in the future. "

"Good location, walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and the beach. Partial ocean view is just a small peek-a-boo, we hoped for a bit more of a view. You don't see it when sitting down. The main view is the road and apartments across the street. But great for the location!"

"This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! "
