"Pleasant, comfortable and reasonably priced accomodation close to train station and local buses. Plenty of eating and drinking options close by. Would definitely consider when staying in The Lakes again."

"Main property is generally clean and tidy. Major issues with all windows and doors though. Some can't even be opened, others can't be closed. Even when closed there are massive howling draughts from the seals or frames. Heating has to be on constant just to even it out. All of them need replacing. 2nd hot tub isn't a hottub, just a bath with a hot hose running to it. Kids 'pods' pretty unusable, 1 stinks of damp rot, the other is just musty. The 'gym' has 1 reasonable running machine, the rest...

"We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. "
