We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. "We had the most fantastic 3 night stay - 15 of us & a dog. The house was spectular, kitchen fully equipped, large lounge and very spacious and comfortable for us all. 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus 3 bedrooms in the out house. Now to start with the games room - we utilised this daily night & day, with enough games to cater for us all.
