"The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. "Great stay in Orlando"

"We were unable to stay at this rental due to the issue of my daughter being in a wheelchair. The only door we could get her in was the front door. All bedroom and bathroom doors were too narrow. Also the surrounding neighborhood was questionable and no one felt comfortable staying overnight. The house has 4 televisions but I could only find 2 remotes and only one functioned. The house looked clean but there was an odd smell that we were unable to pinpoint. Going by the pictures and the reviews...
