"Optei por esse hotel por parecer muito bom pelas fotos, me decepcionei com ele. Além de não ter um bom preço, os quartos são ruins e a privacidade é péssima. A equipe do hotel deixa muito a desejar no quesito simpatia e ainda te cobram $10USD para estacionar na rua."

We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable.
