"Communication:Travis was very responsive and helpful with any communications, from beginning to end.Amenities:The pictures don’t really illustrate well enough the features of this house. "The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is really great! Our room must have had a lose pipe or vent in the wall behind the shower so it would bang on the wall alot. Once we got used to it it wasnt bad. That is my only complaint. The stay other then that was great!"

"O hotel em si é bom, mas o café da manhã e a limpeza da área do lobby deixam a desejar. Em alguns dias, itens básicos como leite e suco de laranja não foram repostos. No banheiro deveriam instalar uma ducha higiênica. Depois de voltarmos das comemorações de Ano Novo por volta das 2h da manhã, saímos do elevador e fomos para o nosso quarto, mas havia fezes de cachorro no corredor e ninguém as limpou. Absurdo. A equipe do hotel é atenciosa. Pelo preço cobrado, o serviço deveria ser melhor."

"Nossa primeira noite foi muito tranquila. Na segunda noite ouvimos latidos e portas batendo após as 22h. O quarto estava limpo, porém tinha um cheiro esquisito. A localização é excelente para quem está em trânsito, pois está próximo da rodovia. "

"We had an excellent stay. Sandy was amazing at check-in — she solved an issue we truly didn’t think could be fixed, and she did it with so much kindness and professionalism, even though we were initially frustrated with the situation. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The entire staff has been incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we’re very impressed and grateful for the experience."

"O Hotel é bom, porém o atendimento foi muito ruim. No primeiro dia não conseguimos tomar café da manhã, pois além de ser fraco, no final não tinha mais nada. No segundo dia cheguei as 09:40 e já estava fechado(balcões dos produtos sem nada) já haviam recolhido, fui reclamar com a cozinha e pedir algo, e nos foi negado, inclusive tentei reclamar na recepção e não fui atendido, além de ser mal tratado pela recepecionista que estava no atendimento do dia 19/07 as 09:45hs.
