The Bradbury Building, built in 1893 in downtown Los Angeles, is my favorite building in California--at least my favorite interior. It's been a location for a number of movies, such as Blade Runner, Double Indemnity, and (500) Days of Summer.

The studio is small and minimal with basic amenities but it fit our style. Our host Felix was very accommodating and helpful. His response was almost immediate whenever we had questions. "This was the second time we have stayed in one of Kyla's properties in this building in Burbank. The location cannot be beat. The property is clean, nicely appointed and offers in unit laundty which is a plus when traveling with kids. This is literally 1/2 block walk to Warner Bros Studios, 10 minutes to Universal and close to downtown Burbank with great restaurants, bakeries and boutique shopping. We look forward to booking with this host in the future."

"Me and my friends had an amazing stay this past weekend! Peter and Amanda were super helpful and thorough with the check-in instructions, very accommodating when we needed to add an extra guest, and great with communication overall.
