"We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very responsive to any questions we had and his property felt like home. We loved the view! The king size bed was really comfortable and all the amenities were great! The only thing that needs a little upgrade is the golf cart, but it worked just fine and it was a plus to have! "

"We’ve stayed in Hamilton Cove for close to a decade in many different rentals & this one is my favorite! It was easy to access the unit from the main gate & building stairs. Upon arrival, it was sparkling clean. The ocean view was unmatched & perfect for morning coffee at the outside table for 2. The owner & location manager were very accessible for any questions. It’s perfect for a couple wanting to relax & have quiet & privacy. "

"We loved our time. This house has amazing community living spaces for hanging out! The master suite is incredible and the kitchen has everything for cooking/baking!. The only downsides were the bathroom downstairs, which had poor water flow from the shower. And no one ever responded to questions sent over VRBO messenger. Luckily, I was texted with information for check in the day before and was able to connect with someone. All in all, this is a beautiful, centrally-located house that we would...

"Maybe the best unit in Hamilton Cove. Great owner that was quick on the assist if something went wrong. Thanks Scott! BEAutiful views, really clean, and the A/C worked perfectly. The golf cart held all six of us and some shopping bags, very clean and easy to run about town in. The Hamilton Cove facilities were immaculate, and the gate guard was a cool dude once you understand his vibe. This was in our top five all time great VRBO stays!!!! Worth every penny!!"

"The property was just as described. Check-in was easy and communication was quick. Wi-Fi info was accurate and good connection. My two teenage daughters were able to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (a review said it only fits one person). The golf cart was so handy and made a big difference for the trip. Dinner on the deck is a must during your stay. The ONLY drawback for some will be the location. You need a golf cart if you are not inclined to take the public staircase. "The property is tucked away in a private cove on Catalina Island. The condos are positioned in a way that makes the condo feel very private. We enjoyed the ocean view and the sea breeze as well as the condo itself which was perfect for our girlfriend get-away! The golf cart made the short drive to Avalon easy and our self-touring the island was really fun. Whether you want quiet or adventure, this place will not disappoint!"
