Hands-Down Best Deal in Catalina!

Under new management, this wonderful two-level villa offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Located in Hamilton Cove, this spacious town 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhome will take your breath away. Professionally decorated and acquainted with the finest comforts of the modern world this home is perfect for a luxury island getaway. The stunning view of the California coast during the day is topped perhaps only by the looking at the lights of southern California at night while listening to the crashing waves below.
As you enter the villa you will be immediately struck by the patterned wood floors and lovely woodwork including the doors. Large windows allow for an amazing view of the ocean and open to provide an ocean breeze. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise by the sea. It includes marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and every you need to prepare just about any meal. You can choose to eat inside or on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The balcony has a table, seating and a bar-b-que should you choose to grill outdoors. The main level also includes a bedroom suite and complete bathroom.
Walk down the stairs to find master suite with exquisite ocean views. The California King bed will bring you great comfort under the luxury bedding. Likewise, you will no doubt enjoy the waterfall shower in the gorgeous master bath as well as the fine linen. Moreover, the master suite includes a private balcony from which to take in the one of a kind views from the Hamilton Cove Villas.
We understand, however, that you are likely going to want to take in all that Catalina has to offer. The rental comes with a six-passenger golf cart you can use to get to town or the Descanso Beach Club. Feel free to take advantage of the Hamilton Cove amenities including the pool, spa, health club, tennis and croquet courts as well as an 18-hole putting green. Hamilton Cove also provides outdoor tables and bar-b-ques and even a sand volleyball court.

We love Hamilton Cove. It was our second time staying here, we absolutely enjoy it there! We will always try and stay there when vacationing on the island!
