The space
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable, well-appointed setting for couples or small groups. The bedroom features a Cariloha king bed with quality linens, while the open living area includes a king-sized sofa sleeper. Mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors and reclaimed limestone finishes add character throughout the space, creating a warm, grounded interior that feels both relaxed and intentional.

Living & entertainment
The open-concept living area is designed for unwinding after a day exploring the island. You can stream shows or movies on the Smart TV with Alexa voice control, or simply settle in with the ocean as your view. Heating and ceiling fans provide comfort throughout the year, and portable fans are available as needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances and all the essentials for cooking at home. A dining table provides space to gather indoors, while the balcony offers an inviting alternative when you want to eat outside with the view as company.

Outdoor living
Step onto the ocean-view balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal air. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to linger, and the BBQ grill is available for relaxed meals at your own pace. A 2020 EZGO electric golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to get around Avalon. Free parking on the premises is available, and an EV charger is provided for guests who need it.

Additional amenities
The condo includes WiFi, a washer, bathroom essentials, and kitchen conveniences that support both short visits and longer stays. Guests also have access to a hot tub within the property’s facilities.

Safety & peace of mind
Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and patio, with additional cameras in the Hamilton Cove community’s common areas. These are in place for security and do not monitor interior spaces.
