"We had a hiccup at first, with our original location being unavailable at the last minute due to weather damage. Vacasa found us a new place to stay immediately. What they didn’t tell us (because they probably didn’t know) was that the power was out. The home owner was there, fortunately!) and got us settled, built a fire and made sure we were comfortable. Power came on about 24 hours later and we were able to finish our trip. "

"This home is a great getaway from the stress of daily life. The view was amazing with many different birds to see from the deck. The additional, and separate, smaller home next to main cottage (with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker) was great our family/older kids to ‘spread out’. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay on Bainbridge Island."
