"We usually travel with our kids and choose hotels with pools so they can have fun while we relax. The property itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was not very family-friendly. We were told that children could not be loud, could not use the outdoor jacuzzi, and were not allowed in the pool area after certain hours. "The staff were fantastic — friendly, professional, and really helpful. The place is starting to show its age and could use a refresh: worn carpet and some creaky elevators. Little things were annoying, like light-up doorbells outside every room that kids kept pressing as they ran down the hall, and no indoor stairways to the lobby (all are fire exits that led to the outside) meant we had to wait for slow elevators. "WiFi didn’t work in my room, wallpaper peeling, huge gap in door was letting cold air blow straight in. The cadet heater in the master was extremely loud, the other room heater kept shutting itself off. Reported it to a very friendly front desk staff who told me maintenance would contact me to get it fixed. That never happened. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but I didn’t expect to have dog hair in my sheets from a previous tenant (I didn’t have a dog) there were also multiple urine stains in...
