"Liked the structure liked the amenities liked the ambiance. That being said, it needs upgraded. Would still recommend in its current condition."

"Breakfast looked awful. They only had grape juice and lemonade..odd for breakfast..kiddos only wanted orange or apple juice. The hot foods looks sooo dry and old. The whole experience was okay. The pictures made the hotel look a lot nicer..."

"We stayed in 720 tree house. It’s awesome! The views are good, nice privacy, huge walk in shower with a couple shower heads. Side bed is a nice touch. Zip line comes by 2-3x per day behind you hardly notice. You can hear the train a couple times a night, it does sound the horn too btw. However it’s not that bad, and super brief. Personally, I like it. Hoodriver is only a 20 minute ride, if that. We’d definitely stay again."

As others have commented, the property is dated (it was probably pretty nice in 1995), and although the rooms are in decent shape, the common areas are worn and need better cleaning. This place markets itself as a boutique resort, but it really offers nothing to earn that (or the resort fee they charge); the vibe is more tacky tourist hotel than exclusive luxury. "Great spot for a short getaway with family. The resort is old but mostly well maintained. It does have its flows too though, like no vent fan in the room bathroom and Packers restaurant being extremely slow."

"Ac was not working at the condo … with kids and at 95 degrees, very uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. The staff was hepful and willing to come take a look at 11pm as to why the AC wasn’t working, But still wasn’t fixed, had to call service person again in the morning and get temporary got it working. The bunk lights weren’t there at all and the service guy who came to look at the AC kindly said he had the bunk lights ordered come and could fix it. The initial room given had wet carpet and we...
