"I arrived with older son for a 2 bed (couch/loft) accommodation. Only one bed had pillows and comforter. The couch had sheets but no pillows nor blanket/comforter. It was very cold in unit and had to crank small heater. I texted the manager and they had a “late-night” delivery of a blanket and sheets, which sufficed. The pullout couch needs some adjustments that I couldn’t fix so was less than comfortable. Otherwise, the unit was clean and stocked with coffee, etc. it would have been great...

To make matters worse, there was a cake of hair between the tub and toilet, which made the lack of cleanliness impossible to ignore. "Such a beautiful place! Everything was so well stocked- they had everything you could possibly need. It was so cozy and welcoming. We got lucky with the weather and enjoyed bonfires by the river and played yard games. Everything was extremely well maintained and organized!
