"Great little place to stay on South Hill. Close to most things we needed, host was great to deal with, clean and had all the amenities.Some road noise from the busy road to deal with but not hosts fault so not holding it against them. "

There is a dining room with a large table and probably room for 10 to 12 open to the kitchen that had a large bar with seating for 11 and a nook with seating for 4. So, we had PLENTY of seating. "Dogs were happy with our overnight stay. Convenient to North Bend exploring. Grounds were attractive, however, attention to entrance was needed- overgrown, weeds. Gated entrance to apt. fairly rickety. Nice amenities. Clean. Didn't have the impression from the "retreat" description that it was in the basement under the main house."
