"I was there less than 24 hours so can only comment on my brief time there. I told the property when I’d arrive and they had someone meet me. I had a private room with bath upstairs. The bathroom was quite large. Had sample size shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Ample towels. There was an air conditioner set up in the room that went on throughout the night. That combined with the train kept me from having a great sleep. The sheets were comfortable. I was bummed that their restaurant didn’t open...

"Everything was great but we could hear loud noises every now and then coming from the “staff only” room/door"

"I dont think this place actually exists. Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!"

"There are TV's in the rooms, walls are a lil thin and it echoes a little. There are very limited parking an none of its free but there are some cool places within walking distance if you don't plan on driving around seattle"
