We didn't find out until we were ready to check in and desperate for a place to stay. We were told we could have the house we booked the next day, but we went to the house and found other renters already there and they were not leaving. "This is an extremely peaceful, quiet, clean and welcoming cottage with wonderfully helpful hosts! Lord willing, we will return again. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We had a list of activities we were considering but once we settled in we did not want to go anywhere!"
