"The room had a big gap all the way down the front door which left us with a very cold draft, the shower stall was flush with the floor so when we showered it flooded the bathroom floor, in the description it says your on the beach NOPE" There is no where to store your clothes, no closet no dresser. "Staff is very accommodating, proximity to the beach is great and I loved that they had a nice facility to clean clams. Unfortunately, our unit was very run down with very limited cookware, beat up/stained furniture, appliances that didn't work, heating that didn't work, no instructions for TV, check-out, etc. Floors were filthy and I even stepped in something gooey left behind by another guest. A good cleaning could go a long way."

"terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence."

"We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. "We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. The host sent over a housekeeper but not until 8pm which made it very difficult since we were travelling with our one year old. One of the windows was broken and wouldn ’t close. The carpet needs to be replaced and the plug for the bathtub doesn’t stop it from draining so we couldn’t give our son a bath. Other than that the location is ideal"
