"A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. "Run by a lovely couple who gave plenty of information on arrival. The place was clean and well looked after with a selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable especially the duvets."

Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people.
Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night...
"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up.
The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim.
The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
"I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The property and hotel were beautiful. Even though the hotel was fairly busy during our stay, I seldom heard other guests. Did I mention that the staff were excellent?"
"Really friendly at check in and throughout. Free parking a bonus. Room was great for what we needed with good facilities. Loved the fact there was a bar downstairs - very convenient for a nightcap. Not noisy at all. Room very hot (weather was extreme) and only one window to open but there was a fan. Would definitely stay again when in the area,"
