Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't...

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...
