"We checked in late and were surprised to find half eaten food in the fridge and freezer. Both were very dirty with a noticeable odor. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The oven was full of dirty pans. Most of the dishes in the cupboards had little bits in them as well. There was a fire alarm battery beeping in one of the bedrooms. There was no coffee maker or wine opener or wine glasses or hand soap. There were very few dishes in general, it would have been challenging to cook and serve...

"Property was great. Outdoor area very nice. Location in Baldwin Park is perfect for us.Close to restaurants and Publix.All kitchen utensils available, washer/dryer.About half hour to SeaWorld, going south toward airport and then west to the park. Easy traffic."

"The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. "Lovely townhome with great amenities and decor. Very clean and very comfortable! Cute neighborhood and so close to downtown Orlando. Our host communicated incredibly well. Highly recommend for a multi-day stay!"
