"Our stay at this house was really perfect! It was clean, well equipped and roomy. The host was very responsive and helpful and got back to us quickly when we had questions. The kitchen had every utensil imaginable; pots, pans, dishes, etc., and everything was in great shape; no mismatched dishes and burned, melted or nasty looking tools. "The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. It was pet friendly. You will not hear from the host until right before your check in. Then they responded quickly if you had a question. The only thing I wish they provided was information about the area. (Like restaurants, grocery stores etc.)"

I am going to list the gliches we encountered staying there. - the designated parking spot is nice, if you have more than 1 car there is no street parking to be found.- the listing states an ice maker. "We enjoyed our stay at the Frisky Dolphin. The location at the beach made for a perfect weekend. Our dog, Daisy loved being able to explore the beach with it being so secluded on the private area. Rooms were large and open. Everything was clean and comfortable. Contact with the owner was easy and much appreciated. My wife and I come back to the area about 5 times a year to visit our grandchildren. We will definitely book again."
