"All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental."

"Overall this home was exactly like advertised. If you are looking for a home at a reasonable price that will accommodate a large group with places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms, this is the place. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Extremely convenient to DC. The only thing we noticed is the home is showing signs of wear from hosting larger groups and good use a bit of a refresh."

"The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

"Lovely property inside, well appointed with all amenities and necessities and well located. Sany was very responsive to questions we had. Curb appeal could use little update but interior was spotless, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"The picture was photoshopped as the rugs were old and dirty as were the chairs! No fixture in bathroom just a bulb which you cant see in the pics!!! Worst part RATS running in the courtyard where the front of the house is!!! Dumpsters overflowing with garbage!!! Afraid to enter the apt. Owner replied back to my text immediately but nothing was done to rectify the issue!!!! Alexandria very pretty and great restaurants but watch where you stay as they have a rodent problem"

"We found this home a perfect spot for us and our dogs. The house was very clean, plenty of amenities and great location ( 10 minutes from the Vienna metro station). The fenced in back yard was a bonus! Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely come back! "
