"Condo was dirty, bedside table door falling off, smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, dryer vented into the bathroom, blinds were broken, was not allowed access to pool, spa, or hot tub. Upon arrival could not enter the property due to the wrong door code. I told the host the door code would not work, the message I received finally was, oh they changed the code. "We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on...

"Communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was simple. The coffee pot still had coffee and mold in it, so that is why I took a star off for cleanliness. We notified the resort via the Vrbo app and they responded right away. I would love to come in the summer when you could enjoy the pool and lake. "
