"Good location. Overall nice and convenient property with a nice small patio. Easy check in. We had a comfortable stay. It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. Comforters in good shape and stored in a shelve and not thrown in the floor in a closet, proper hangers. Light switches in better condition. Ordered patio. More coffee/breakfast options....

"Apartment was nice and spacious. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Only negative things were no tv & the shower curtain tries to wrap you up like a burrito. Made it very difficult to shower. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. Felt safe for the most part. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in October. Taneia was super and responded to all questions quickly. The house was spacious & cozy for our group of 8. Bedrooms & baths were nice. TV in common area would have been nice so all of us could watch a big game we wanted to see together. However, wasn’t a drawback in staying here. Close to restaurants and downtown area. Would stay here again if back in Charlottesville."
