"We were in town for a show at nearby venue, location is very close to several really great food spots, Korean Thai Italian. This place is immaculate. Brightly and tastefully decorated. Comfy sheets and great shower. Tons of room for my husband and two teen boys. Steep steps up to the unit and also spiral staircase might be hard for people with mobility issues, otherwise perfect sty and host was very quick to respond when we asked to check in early. Which we did, 45 minutes early. Very happy...

"Found the private parking and the checkin process was ez. Had a very enjoyable time with the Surly Girl bartender and walked to the Newport Landing which had a live band and lots of refreshments. Walked back and enjoyed the Newport Pizza Co for dinner. Next morning we walked around the corner to the Reservoir Bike Coffee shop before heading up to explore small towns in Cincy."

Communication was unmatched, even swapped the coffee maker that wasn’t working first thing in the morning when I hadn’t fully woken so I could have a fresh cup of coffee. Just lovely."

"This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. "The property is exactly as listed and very clean. We did have a slight hiccup getting to the back parking lot but after a quick loop around the block, we found it. It was conveniently located to everything in the downtown. I do wish there was an outdoor seating area, but we went to the park a block away and still had a great time. We would highly recommend this rental! "
