"The property was close to down town and as described. Parking in the back was too tight for my very large Dually truck but a regular car would be fine. I parked out front without issue. The neighborhood wasn’t the best. I was accosted by people asking for money which bothered me. Also at night the police sirens ran what seemed like constantly. The bed was comfy and TV worked great. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants.
