"Excelente opção, com infra estrutura de cozinha e localização privilegiada"

"Great location great hotel"

"This place was great. It was super well stocked, clean, amd modern. The master bedroom did have a loud AC unit though. Keep in mind as well, its a 1st floor only unit. However, it was an awesome base for lauching our adventures in the White Mountains. I would definitely recommend it."

"Great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the communication process was a piece of cake. Overall, this is a great property and could very easily be a 5-star experience with a little more attention to some of the small details. A few examples: - The refrigerator worked fine, but the interior light was hanging loose rather than being properly attached. - Neither light on the stove worked. - There was one trash bag, but no extras that we could find. Same with toilet paper, and there wasn't...

"Excellent!"

"Clean, pet friendly, quiet, attractively furnished. Had not known it would be a second floor unit with stairs to enter. That was not a problem for us but might be for others. We enjoyed ourselves."

"Rick was awesome, I booked the wrong night and he helped us secure another unit for the correct night. The unit was cute and clean."

"Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO."

"Very clean and comfortable for 3 of us. They supplied a blow up mattress but the sofa was just fine. Walkable to shops taverns restaurants and ice cream. Convenient drive to Portsmouth. Amtrak is a short walk away."

"Very cute old house converted into apartments. It was very nice to have the space to spread out. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful."

"Buyer Beware! Please note. This is a studio with a king. None of the pictures on the vrbo or Expedia site are accurate. It is is a nice room and beautifully decorated but there is no separated living space, porch, balcony, kitchen. No bathtub. It's basically a basic hotel room. Other issues - there is a connector door and there is no insulation. So if cleaning service or other guest are there. You will definitely hear them! We were woken by 730 every morning. And when the...

"Very rustic 2nd floor. Clean and wonderful hosts. Recommend for those who don’t mind rustic atmosphere"

"Great time. Great location. Will stay again."

"Great spot, close to Wallis Sands State Beach. Ocean view visible from both sides of force porch area. Would stay again."

"Property was clean and nice. Washer and dryer worked well. Well equipped with things like keurig pods, foil, and laundry soap. Note there are 13 stairs to get to the unit. Drive also steep. Area had an industrial feeling to the neighborhood. Close to Appalachian trail hiking. They had puzzles to enjoy."

"This house is beautiful inside. The neighborhood was a bit rough."

"Beautiful view from our balcony"
