It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working and they never got it up and running. It sucked and made us leave a day early. "When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. My entire check-in took less than 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The staff were great, answered any questions we had, and were prompt when we needed extra towels or other assistance. The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was fresh, and there was a staff member present to keep the buffet area stocked and clean. The pool area was very clean, and the water seemed like it was a heated pool....

"Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point.
