"While the staff and the hotel itself was good. We were in a room directly next to the elevators and the WiFi did not work in the room at all. We needed it for work while we were there. It was awful having to work from our hotspots because the AP (access point) on our side of the building wasn’t working and they never got it up and running. It sucked and made us leave a day early. "Located in a quiet place, it is easily accessible to Pittsburgh. Exceptionally clean room, beds and bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job. Complimentary breakfast included adequate varieties of food items. "

"Very dirty room. Both beds had dirty bedding along with cigarette burns. Bathroom was aged with poor maintenance. Tub had hairs from prior residents. Would stay FAR away from this location."

"When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. My entire check-in took less than 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The staff were great, answered any questions we had, and were prompt when we needed extra towels or other assistance. The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was fresh, and there was a staff member present to keep the buffet area stocked and clean. The pool area was very clean, and the water seemed like it was a heated pool....

"The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive."
