While the room was clean, the kitchen had no dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc., and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom. "Nice area -convenient. Clean room, comfy bed, quiet stay. Towels were a little rough maybe needed fabric softener when washing. Breakfast is a nice perk - coffee, juice, toast, cereal and a waffle maker. Saves you some $$. People are nice and helpful. They do need to empty outside trash receptacles. Not sure where all the trash comes from but anytime there's a trash can anywhere trash seems to show up. :("

There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
