"The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. Busted outlet covers. Holes in the wall. Dirt on the bathroom walls. The front desk staff were very polite. Picked this property thinking it would be better than red roof… but I...

"The hotel wasn't a great location. I was in town for my mother's funeral. This hotel is not handicap accessible. My room had a stench of a smell in it. The bathroom trash can was covered in ants, which I had to remove and place in the hallway. Rust all over the towel racks in the bathroom! I would not recommend this property to anyone!"

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back.
