"A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Would happily return and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-staffed hotel."

"The lady working the bar was very nice. Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful. People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. However, the grounds outside had a lot of litter and the landscaping had been let go so everything was shaggy and overgrown. While the room was clean, the kitchen had no dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc., and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom. When I asked about this I was told that I could check items out from the front desk. However, their one blow dryer was already checked out so I was out of luck (my words, not...

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"Never came across such a hotel before. It was so unclean and walked out after changing 2 rooms."

"Nice area -convenient. Clean room, comfy bed, quiet stay. Towels were a little rough maybe needed fabric softener when washing. Breakfast is a nice perk - coffee, juice, toast, cereal and a waffle maker. Saves you some $$. People are nice and helpful. They do need to empty outside trash receptacles. Not sure where all the trash comes from but anytime there's a trash can anywhere trash seems to show up. :("
