"I didn't realize that this unit was part of a four-plex (actually two four-plexes - side by side) with a parking lot at the back. That said, our downstairs unit access was great - check in was a breeze and the owner stayed in touch and answered questions. The unit had everything we needed, including the basics in the kitchen, a massive washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds.
