Hotel muito bonito, bem cuidado, ótima localização, agenda diaria muito interativa, Shows noturno excelentes, opções de passeios bem estruturado, Restaurante principal com ótimas opções, restaurantes com reserva ( Japones, Frances) excelentes. Restaurante de Praia com diferença de qualidade no atendimento, muitos funcionarios com ma vontade, falta de comida em algumas areas do restaurante ( Ex. Falta de carne de Hamburguer na hora do almoco, tendo espera de 30 min, sorvete da sobremesa), Elevador de acesso ao quarto com quebras rotineiras.

Muito bom
Minha segunda estadia no hotel. Desta vez fiquei no clube elegance, senti algumas diferenças, para melhor, mas esperava mais. O hotel continua tendo ótimas acomodação e variada alimentação, o atendimento continua muito bom em todos os lugares do hotel. Mas o serviço do mordomo não existiu , pois apenas nos acompanhou na entrada e nunca mais o vimos ou tivemos notícias, não fez a menor diferença. Enfim voltaria ao hotel com prazer

I spent four nights at the hotel with my wife and enjoy every second. The staff was wonderful and we also enjoyed the food that was provided at the restaurants. We have been there before and plan to return.

The property is beautiful, although old and needs a lot of repairs, I went with friends and all the bathroom showers are damaged, the pool needs cleaning. Its very friendly people have spectacular attention.

Stayed at the majestic colonial for 6 days. It was an amazing time. Stayed at the colonial club adults only part of the hotel which includes a butler which never seen him after we checked in. Besides that everything was amazing. Staff is very friendly and entertainment crew was amazing.

First time the family has been to Dominican Republic let alone a resort. The Majestic Colonial was very nice. It was well maintained and the grounds were kept immaculate. The food was good, not fantastic but good. Nobody came home at the same weight so we definitely ate. There is a limited selection of beer available but plenty of liquor. The beach was beautiful but there was a whole lot of Sargasso seaweed that kept washing up so we had to contend with that. The staff was very friendly. Knowing a little bit of Spanish helps out a lot since some crew members did not speak English. There was plenty of chairs available at the beach so that was never an issue. I would go to Majestic resorts again. Maybe this time try the Elegance.

I don’t have ANYTHING bad to say about this resort. A TIME WAS HAD ! Every place will have it ups and downs. But we really enjoyed our stay, we had room 3213 it is a pool view club side. The buffet by the beach was definitely our favorite and the bar in the lobby made the best drinks. With that being said 🗣️DO NOT WALK , RUN TO THIS RESORT!

The Majestic Colonial is our go to destination in Punta Cana. The resort is relatively close to the airport, it is just the right size with everything in walking distance, it is CLEAN, the staff are awesome and the dining options are great. This was our 11th time visiting and cant wait to go back again next year.

It was a great resort to spend our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and kept stocked with drinks and snacks for us. Thanks Majestic Colonial for a once in a lifetime vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation at majestic colonial! Would highly recommend to anyone! There are lots of activities, dining options, shopping, etc. The staff was incredible and friendly. The rooms, grounds, pool and beach were absolutely beautiful! 10/10 we would vacation here again

We loved the property and the friendly staff. Our Butler Henry made the trip so wonderful. We did not want or need anything that he was not there to get for us. The property was so clean, and the beach set up was great. The food was good, the restaurants were very accommodating with a part of 10 everyday with plenty of staff members taking care of everyone. We will defiantly be back.
