There was no dish soap for dishes. One tiny baby trashcan and one trash bag. Wasn’t super clean when we got there. Good place. Cheap but not many amenities for room.

DEAR GUESTS,We are very sorry for any disagreement that you have had in our hotel, we always suggest our guests to select the room category they need, we have fully equipped units with everything you need for kitchen and table, we also have simpler units that do not include these utensils and so they are not placed according to the standard of the room.

The Wi-Fi was pretty much nonexistent the showers didn't have enough pressure to take a shower. The Room was big and not bad at all the beds were not very comfortable but tolerable. There was a little bit of miscommunication between hotels.com and Expedia. The staff at the end made sure everything was fixed I appreciated that

Old property, they only clean at arrival, they don’t even provide products to clean ourselves. Very disappointed, we had to leave earlier than planned as their pool was not cleaned properly and water was green, then the DR government closed public pools, rivers and lakes NOT the beaches and we were asked by some security to leave the beach as government closed it. But it was not the case! Bad communication on site and the hotel Management didn’t do anything about it. I asked to be refunded the last night, as we left earlier and they did not refund us. I do not recommend this place at all!

Dear Sandra Thank you for staying with us, we were so excited to see how happy you were when you received our apartment upon check-in we checked everything with and you agreed and signed that everything was Okay, as well you provided a feedback extortion as you said that you will leave a negative comment because we did not provide you a refund for the night you did not stay for, we understand your concern and I already explain you everything. You decided to not stay for one night for no specific reason and I tried to solve the issue directly with you and I gave you several options so we understand that you could be angry with us but whenever you book a non-refundable plan it´s impossible to refund, your case even different, you tried to leave for no reason while we were full and all of our clients were using the other pool and the beach as well while we had one pool closed for maintenance. I provided you upgrade I offer you one of the most beautiful apartment we have here so you declined the offer, I understand that since it is our fault we have to do whatever we can until we solve the issue but your case is totally different we wanted to make you happy cause we could not figure out exactly the reason you wanted to left cause you were the only one who took this decision. I know this is not the answer you hoped for, however, from this point forward there is nothing we can do about that. They need to hire more staff for cleaning, if you going to minimize cleaning they need provide cleaning supplies so the renter has the ability to clean and not have to sit in filth .

We are very sorry if you have experienced some problems due to Covid19 period. Meanwhile, we have improved our procedures and now we guarantee 100% disinfection with EPA approved ECOLAB products, the highest hotel industry standard. Hope to see you again.

Very Nice place, and very close to the Beach. We had some issues checking in, and first we got the wrong room. However, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, couldn’t have asked for better service!

This is the worst tourist place I ever been in the Dominican Republic. There is no housekeeping. The water from the sinks and shower smell like feces. I had no choice but to shower with water bottles. There are no customer services. They don't offer you any recompenses for the inconveniences. They didn't even offer me return my money or part of it. I really feel cheated and robbed.

READ IF YOU THINKING TO STAY HERE: Rented their best and biggest 2 level 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit. Location is good for the money...beds are horrible. You can't get in/out of bed without waking up the whole guilding...its bad! Super strong rotten egg smell when you run water anywhere in the unit, dirty fresh towels, changed every 5 days, security guards are really difficult to the point we had to complain at the office who gave us run around saying they don't know contact number for securlty management that is guarding their own building...Security demanded money and we even paid them couple of times to stop harassing our guests we know for years but then it got so demanding that we had to stop this kind of behaviour.

The property is really nice and so are the staff. The few things I didn't like was the fact that our room didn't have a microwave and poor water system ! The water smelt bad like old swamp water. Even running it for a few minutes didn't make it better. (sinks and showers) I had to buy gallons of water to shower and brush teeth .

Hello good morning, I hope at this moment is well. We would like to please all our customers with all their requests but sometimes it is not within our reach some things, that is why a list of everything that tare the apartment when you are making your reservation so that customers know with what appliances are going to tell in your stay. The water issue we know is very important but remember that we are unicados on an island and this whole sector does not have direct drainage if we have a different drainage equipment sometimes even if you do maintenance may come the smell, but They are details that we are arranging for your best comfort. We hope you will return soon and we will assure you that your stay will be excellent.

Cheap but not great
It was complicated finding the reception for check-in, but staff was friendly. The apartment was comfy and apparently clean, but maintenance is not very good. Needs some paint. Tiles were chipped away. Backyard full of rubbish

The pool by the condo was amazing. The pool by the bar was pretty dirty even after one day of refilling. The people were all very kind. In the condo we had, being a 2 bedroom, there was clearly not enough utensils to service 4 people, no can opener (had to use a spoon) the knife was so dull could not even cut anything. Espresso stove top machine had no handle on it, even being careful with a cloth, we burnt our fingers everytime. Pots and pans were poor and only a slotted spoon if you wanted a spatula. Our neighbours from Denmark also complained about what was provided and it was not like what they booked online, they left a week early. The hot water stank with each use, and garbage is burnt at night, if us early, you could smell it. Nasty. Aside from that and for the price, we made due and enjoyed ourselves. If you want good wifi, well it is pretty poor, however with patience managable. Of course, if it was your condo, you would ensure it was stocked with the avails required. It would be awesome. Very lovely spot, nice and quiet, and close to the beach. Local food very cheap right at your back door. Restaurants expensive.

Good morning, thank you very much for leaving us a positive and constructive comment about the condo as there will always be things to improve. At the time of your stay the pool was being cleaned thoroughly and that's why it looked like you mentioned it. With regard to Wi-Fi, it was a general fault in the entire Bavaro territory that the breakdown occurred. We regret that your stay has not seemed pleasant but we will always be waiting for you at the destination so that you have a great vacation
