The Neighborhood:
What a great location! You’ll be just about a ½ block from the famous 5th Avenue, lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls and more! Plus, you’ll be within a few minutes from WalMart and within 3 blocks from some of the best beach clubs in Playa del Carmen!
Getting Around:
The condo is located in the One Paralia Menesse Condo building, about 54 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). If you arrive by car or if you plan on using one during your stay, please note that there are only a few unassigned spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The parking area is located right beside the entrance of the building. Once you arrive, please stop at the reception to ask if they have spaces available, and they will tell you the instructions.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment overlooks a lively street, just one block from 5th Avenue, you're walking distance from all the action. Fair warning, though: you can hear it from the apartment too. Most guests love the energy, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
Parking - If you're arriving by car, there are a few unassigned spots right next to the building entrance on a first-come, first-served basis. Stop by reception on arrival and they'll check availability and give you the instructions. If there's no space, there are nearby lots that charge by the day, and street parking is also an option — just remember to pay the meter and display your ticket (enforced 10 am–10 pm).
Toiletries & supplies - We provide some toiletries and essentials to get you started, but this is a home, not a hotel, so if they run out, you will need to replenish them.
Electricity - For stays of 7+ nights, an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW applies, calculated from the meter reading at check-in and check-out.
Housekeeping - Daily housekeeping isn't included, but if you'd like a mid-stay clean, we can arrange one for a fee — just let us know in advance.
Depending on the booking platform, you will need to sign a rental agreement at booking confirmation. A temporary hold will be placed on your card before arrival as a security deposit. It will be released by your bank at the end of your stay if no fees or damages are due. (Not ABB)
Exterior cameras are in place for guest safety and cover the outside of the property only.
House Rules:
- Main guest must be 21+ to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and no recreational drugs on the premises. Violations carry a $500 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10 pm — the neighbors will appreciate it.
- Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after their stay.
- A government-issued ID is required at check-in and may be requested during your stay.
- No pets.
- Please respect the pool hours and rules at the condominium complex.
- No glass around the pool
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions and all necessary access codes will be provided to you before your arrival. Please send us a message via the booking platform if you need anything at all.
