"If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to step directly into a 1930’s, over-the-garage, beachy, vintage apartment with minimal updates this is your chance. The location is great, steps to the beach and 3 blocks from Main Street which is filled with retail shops, restaurants and coffee stops. The separate bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with plenty of warm blankets. (We stayed there Nov/Dec). The VRBO Host was very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed...

"The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. "

"Booked this for a crew of workers that had a job in Laguna Beach. Conveniently located for our team and a comfortable spot to rest heads between shifts. Unfortunately we weren't there to enjoy Dana Point but our stay was nonetheless enjoyable. We mistakenly stayed an extra night and the owner was very gracious about the mistake. Thank you!!"
