Casas de Férias em Smallwood, NY

"Awesome cabin by the lake! Charming inside with six large beds and plenty of space. The lake is beautiful and there are two kayaks and a rowboat at your disposal. We had a campfire by the lake at night and would definitely return again."

"First I want to say Stephanie and property people, was excellent with communication. I requested earlier check in and was commedated with a 45 mun extra check in time. Understand the business I know its not feasible all time.moving passed that the property was very very nice..impressive. the Stairs are a little scary but it's worth the trip up. Everything mentioned was available. One little thing all mini splits are controlled or timed it got pretty hot and stuffy in all rooms. I just wish we...

"we had a nice view of lake but the dock was in bad shape. we had to walk over slippery rock to access the lake. no proper shades on the windows and the house definitely needs updating."

"This was an ideal location for our visit to the area. The house and property are beautiful. Really nice kitchen and dining area for cooking, eating, and just visiting. Simple check in and check out directions. We will absolutely consider this property in the future!"

"We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. The house has cooking supplies, utensils, plates and even coffee there but you need to bring a...

"The place is exactly as described. Very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Private and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Pecks market close by. Will stay again."

"Nice place. My wife and I enjoyed the area and then were able to relax at the place. Very low key. Real close to Bethel Woods. Had most everything we needed. Unfortunately we couldn't use the kayaks. The green algae bloom was amazing to watch. How it changed everyday. Not the fault of the homeowners by any means. Just something that people need to be aware of with lakes in NYS. A misunderstanding between us and the owner's was successfully rectified through emails. All in all, I would consider...

"Bobby was amazing: communicative, helpful and informative. And the home was wonderful! Probably the most well-appointed and beautiful home with EVERYTHING you need. Hope to return again soon."

"The place is very well kept and clean . Checking in was easy and the instructions all very clear. The lake access is across the road from the house and on the listing it was not very clear that the house was not on the lake. But overall had a great time."

"Very responsive of any questions, adorable cabin, nice touches throughout, very quiet. Loved it!"

"Perfect for a weekend stay fishing on the lake!"

"Great communication and great property! Would love to stay again!"

"The house is very nicely done & seems to be very recently renovated. Every room looked so cute & cozy & the bed was very comfortable. There was a basement as well with another couch, TV, darts & ping pong. Everything we needed was here & we enjoyed our stay very much! Hope to be back again very soon!"

"Pam was a wonderful host. Very communicative and helpful. The house is charming with a lovely view of the lake from the front porch. The only issue that caught us by surprise is that the only bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs. It was probably in the property description but didn't catch out attention. I bring it up because I usually make a trip or two to the bathroom at night and it could be a factor for elderly guests or those with physical challenges. Nevertheless, we...

"This was an excellent property. It was clean, well stocked and beautiful. The host was attentive and available. It was really a wonderful stay."

"Amazing hosts! Would rent from them anytime"

"The experience was amazing. It was a very relaxing and restful weekend. The staff was beyond accommodating and the restaurant in the property provided amazing tasting meals. The amenities all worked and were a great pleasure. I will definitely be visiting this property again. "
