"The pictures posted regarding the property hide the fact that this building looks like it’s falling apart on the outside and is located in the middle of the ghetto. We rode motorcycles and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes sit overnight to stay. We didn’t even go inside the building so I’m not sure how accurate the inside looks to the pictures. "

"Gavin was a super host. He addressed all my questions, helped us arrive early after we flew into Buffalo via red eye and made the stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for access to shopping, food, dining. I'll always remember this trip as Comeback 2.0 as the Bills beat the Ravens 41-40. I'd stay again at Gavin's in a heartbeat and highly recommend his VRBO to all."
