"This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. This place is perfect!"

"Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. "We had a great stay in this house! It was just a few blocks from the beach! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It’s in a clean and safe neighborhood. We had a private carport to use, which was so nice to not have to worry about parking. We cooked several meals in the house and it had sufficient cookware. "This place is so cute!! Our host Kathryn and her husband Marek were the best!! So sweet and so helpful!!!! She immediately helped with anything we needed and went out of her way to help my family and I in a stressful situation of having to leave our home at Christmas for a leak and mold issue! "My partner and I stayed at this casita for a few days. It was a fantastic place, clean and equipped with what we needed. It was close to the beach and downtown, as well as our favorite bagel spot. Parking was actually pretty easy to find which was nice. Would definitely stay again."

"Front desk support when doing the check in was nice, she changed my room to a higher floor. Great facilities and the kitchen was very complete. My only complain was during the check out (10:00), when the front desk said they couldn't store my luggages (didn't mention the reason), cause my next check in would be at 4PM. But in summary, I still recommend. "
