"We absolutely loved this stay! The staff were so kind and helpful especially with having a kiddo. Super cozy and clean. We loved the room layout with having kids the adults were able to put them to sleep and have a little us time. Great amenities, kitchen was stocked super good. Snow was unexpected but they had movies and games to barrow at the front desk. There was also great food places just a walk away. "

"We tried to cancel ou reservation previously, because of coronavirus. Hotel.com tried to contact the hotel, but the hotel did not respond; we also tried ourselves to contact the hotel, and they did not respond either. "I'm afraid Boulder Lodge is taking advantage of its impressive lake views to charge a bit more than is justified. It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. WiFi was all but unusable (easily overcome with minor equipment additions). These are things that should be taken care of before they demand a $200+ room charge.
