While it is not lakefront, the closest beach access is 10 min walk, and it is about 5 min drive to a Meeks Bay Resort (a much nicer beach), close to Sugar Pines and DL Bliss State Parks, walking distance to a coffee shop and local market, and 15 min drive to Emerald Bay.
