"Lovely houseboat experience. Mostly very quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife viewing right from the deck. Lourdes was responsive and helpful. The boat was clean and nicely endowed with all we needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We rented e-bikes and had a great ride out to and around Angel island."

"It was a great way to experience the bay. The boat was decent but a little outdated and we were advised against cooking and showering. The marina had a fine shower and there was lots of good food in the area. Host was very friendly and quick to respond."

"The Captain was most gracious. We spent three nights docked in Marina del Rey on a yacht. While on this trip, we also took a short cruise. It was so spectacular. There was a water bus that we took to some shops. Lots of fun. The crew on the yacht were so friendly and attentive to our needs. This was our first time as overnight guests on a yacht. It was a beautiful experience. I highly recommend this type of vacation."

"This is a wonderful property in a sublime location. Beauty is everywhere—on the water, the great restaurants, the beaches, the city next door..what else could one possibly ask for? And to top it off Kimberly, the owner/host wins my vote for best host ever! Smart, accessible, attentive. This houseboat is her kid and she pampers it with much love. My dog, Stevie, just woofed in agreement."

"These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out. Save your money and run . False advertisements it does not sleeps 8 people barley hodls 5. The toilet stopped flushing...

"We had a wonderful stay on Vela! The boat was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We loved watching the boats and wild life in the harbor and had so much fun taking the dinghy out to explore more.The boat had everything we needed to make a few meals. The marina bathrooms were convenient, large, and clean. We would absolutely stay again when we are back to Ventura. "
