"Is better to send message for the instructions to get in the house instead we have to call to get a code for the key in the lock box. Everything else is great!"

"Overall my partner and I had a lovely stay! My only issue was checking in and out. Upon checking in the garden rooms check in was closed, it stated on the door to go to main reception to check in - which was no issue. The only hitch was there was a wedding party getting photos at reception so we couldn’t check in as we didn’t want to be in the way. We then phoned reception and they stated that they would send someone down to the garden room’s reception…we waited for 30 mins and no one showed. So...

That said, the property itself was quite nice. The room is small (doesn’t really look like the picture, to be honest), but it was fine for me as a solo traveler.
