"Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Der Schlüsselübergabeprozess war...

"Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. "

"Went to Paris for a weekend with 3 friends while studying abroad. Perfect little spot in a more local area to experience more of a local feel. But also a very short metro ride away from all Paris land marks. Would recommend!"

"Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back."

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor...

"We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again. It is at the top of a walk-up so we had to carry all our bags but it was worth the trouble. Very smooth processes and communicative host."

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. "

"Very nice studio in a beautiful building and in a quiet neighborhood. With easy access to subway, groceries and restaurant. The view of the Eiffel tower from the studio window is really incredible. We had a very good stay there."

"Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

"Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay."

Al mio rientro (dopo l' intera vacanza a non poter utilizzare la lavatrice ), mi hanno mandato un messaggio con scritto che il tecnico era venuto il giorno dopo il mio reclamo.. peccato che nessuno ci avesse avvisato della riparazione per darci modo di utilizzare l' elettrodomestico.. chissà se è vero Check out molto molto scomodo. In più il locker era rotto...
