The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been...

This 2-bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for – well-kept, perfectly located right on the ocean, and incredibly comfortable for our group.The location couldn't be better. We took a beautiful 30-minute drive up the coast to Portsmouth one day and made it to UNH the following day for a football game in about 25 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants withinwalking distance, and we have to give a special shoutout to Point Break – we enjoyed dinner...
