"Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom. ...

"I purchased an item and had it delivered to the hotel. The tracking information showed that it had already been delivered, but four different employees told me that there was no package for me. I had to insist several times and felt that my concern was not being taken seriously. Because I was unable to get any assistance, I had to contact UPS myself to investigate the situation. Only after I continued insisting was my package finally located. This experience was extremely frustrating. At several points, it felt as though no one was interested in helping or finding a solution. As a guest, I expected much better communication and support regarding a delivered package. The amount of time, effort, and stress required to locate an item that had already been delivered was very disappointing."
