"The apartment was very clean and has great facilities. Lovely heating and nice to have a washing machine and dryer. It is located in an area with plenty of dining options. Drawback if you have a large car and neighbour is parked in their driveway, you will have to park on the street which may be on the next block. The pull out bed for the fifth person is not comfortable. The pilot light went out on the gas hot water system and we had no hot water for a day. We managed to fix it ourselves. "

"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). "The home was comfortable and spacious, but when we arrived there was a distinct odor throughout the house that smelled of rotting food mixed with bleach. We ended up opening the windows and cleaning the kitchen to air out the place, and in the kitchen cabinet we found old food rotting behind the garbage can. The smell of bleach and bad cleaning supplies permeated through the house even after airing it out for a while. We did not find the apartment clean at all, thankfully we were only there one...

"Great location near the Haight. Beautiful views of the city and good not great furniture and bedding. The beds could definitely have been more comfortable. Also, it was a surprise to us to learn at the end of our stay that they don't want guests to flush toilet paper due to a septic tank issue. There was a sign above the toilet that we thought was a joke. This was not mentioned in the listing. It was a slight disappointment that there was no patio furniture as was shown in the pictures....
