"I can't say enough good about the property and the management and the cleanliness. This was the perfect mountain cabin getaway for us, surrounded my aspirins and pines up in the higher elevations in the fall? What more could you want! The snack kit was something we didn't expect but it was a fantastic little welcome gift. I look forward to staying here again! For a little bit longer next time though!"

"A beautiful and well equipped log cabin on the side of a mountain. Very comfortable bed! The yard and the flower baskets were well cared for. Saw hummingbirds and Phoenix moths each morning. Turkeys visited a couple of times. We loved the different outdoor sitting areas. The breakfast nook was a special to eat looking out at the beautiful vista. You can also sit in living room and look out and see the mountains. Ouray is known as Little Switzerland of America. Surrounded by majestic mountains....

"This was, by far, the best girl's weekend you could ask for! The views are stunning. No verbal description or picture can do justice to the real thing, but Rick's description of the property is spot on. They have really thought of everything you could possibly want or need for your stay. I'd like to say it sucked so I could keep this location all to myself, lol, but that would be a lie and a huge disservice to our amazing host! We will be back! Don't know when, but we will be back. "The property was amazing, the photos do not do it justice it is beautiful. Wake up in the morning to the sunrise, relax on the front porch with the views of the huge valley and the majestic mountains, mezmerizing. Later in the day relax and watch the sunset. "There aren’t enough stars to give this home. Everything about it was top notch. Kitchen well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. beds super comfortable, plenty of towels. Home was spotless. We were on a fly fishing trip but rain run off made it tough. House is.close to Delta restaurants, Black Canyon, & Grand Mesa. Lots to do if you don’t fish. Would not hesitate to come back."

The only minor issue is when arriving, there is another house immediately when you turn onto the property.
