"We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking. "Clean and a great size for four of us! Owners were great with communication. We loved that there were snacks sitting out and coffee and tea available. There were also many other amenities available - shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste/toothbrushes, laundry and dish soap. It all made for a great stay! Couch and beds were all comfy."
